DELIVERY
We offer FREE UK Standard delivery on all UK orders, delivered between 3 to 5 working days.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday, orders received after 12:00pm on Thursday, Fridays or during weekends will be dispatched the following Monday. Deliveries are usually made Monday to Friday, although during seasonal/busy periods deliveries may also be made at weekends.
Unless stated otherwise, orders received during Bank/Public holidays or any seasonal holiday times when we may be closed will be dispatched the next working day following that holiday.
Express Delivery is available for an extra charge of £6.95 to UK destinations ONLY*.
Express Delivery is not available for orders placed after 10:30am on Thursday, Friday or at weekends (we close at 3:00pm on Fridays and are unable to dispatch orders). Orders must be received before 10:30am Monday to Thursday so your order can be processed and dispatched same day for Next Day Delivery. Orders received after 10:30am are dispatched the following day. Express Delivery orders placed after 10:30am on Thursday, Friday or at weekends would be scheduled for delivery the following Tuesday. Express Delivery orders are delivered Monday to Friday and exclude delivery at weekends, during Public Holidays or other seasonal holiday times when we may be closed.
* Express Delivery is NOT available to all areas and will only be shown in the delivery option menu for applicable postcode areas. Express Delivery is NOT available to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, Sark, Herm, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands and the following postcodes in Scotland: AB31 to AB38, AB40 to AB56, HS, IV1 to IV28, IV30 to IV32, IV36 to IV49, IV51 to IV52, IV54 to IV56, IV63, KA27 to KA28, KW1 to KW14, KW15 to KW17, PA20 to PA38, PA41 to PA49, PA60 to PA78, PH4 to PH44, PH49 to PH50 and ZE.

We are able to ship worldwide and are happy to deliver to overseas destinations, but additional delivery charges would apply. If you would like to place an order for delivery to an overseas destination, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm the delivery cost. All deliveries outside the UK are subject to import duties which will need to be paid before receiving your order. You will be notified of the charges once your parcel arrives in your destination country.
RETURNS
At Tap Safe we pride ourselves on the quality of our products. We hope you are happy with your purchase but understand there are times when you need to return an item for whatever reason.
If you wish to make a return, please read our returns policies:
Goods must be returned within 14 days of receiving them at your own expense.
They must be returned ‘unused’ and in ‘as new’ condition.
Goods must be returned as sold in their original packaging with all parts and accessories included. They must NOT have been used, installed or damaged while in your possession.
You must take reasonable measures to ensure that we receive the returned goods and that they are not damaged in transit.
Faulty or damaged goods must be reported to us by email ([email protected]) or by phone (01332 856039) within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
