Made from tough, weatherproof polyethylene, this wall-mounted tap box cover provides reliable, year-round protection against frost, damage, vandalism and unauthorised use. Designed to safeguard your tap while keeping outdoor areas looking neat and well cared for, Tap Safe offers a durable, long-lasting answer to tap security in both residential and commercial settings.

You can chose the type of access that best suits your property or team with the 3 locking options - uniquely keyed, keyed-alike or a numbered padlock. Featuring a smart hose-friendly aperture which allows a hose to remain connected even when locked.

NOTES:

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:

• Tap, hose fittings and hose are NOT included

• Fixings for installation of the Tap Safe are NOT included as these vary for different installations. Please use appropriate fixings for the mounting surface and mount the unit accordingly.

• Tap Safe is suitable for outside taps with concealed pipework, exposed/surface pipework feeding the tap from below and exposed/surface pipework feeding the tap from above which is no greater than 100mm in length. NOT SUITABLE for taps with exposed/surface pipework feeding the tap from the side.

• Each Tap Safe unit is supplied as standard with a unique lock and key. If you intend to purchase more than one unit and would prefer locks that can be accessed using the same key, please select the ‘Keyed the Same’ option from the drop-down selection box and leave a note in the order comments section at checkout. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us and we’ll help you as best we can.

• Tap Safe helps protect outside taps from frost, but during freezing conditions we recommend isolating the water supply and protecting the tap and any exposed pipework using appropriate insulating material.
